Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of merchant acquiring strategy and business plans along with line manager for CashBaba
∎ Development of new initiatives/solutions, implementation of marketing/usage initiatives targeting traditional and new merchant segments, both in physical world and virtual world.
∎ Development of sales pitch to prospective merchants with the ability to communicate and functionalities effectively
∎ Maintain relationship with prospective clients, nurturing prospective accounts into clients.
∎ Perform lead generation through prospecting on online and offline sources
∎ Build a solid pipeline of prospective clients, with ability to have a sustainable and constant closing on a month basis
∎ Develop, execute and monitor effective process for commission disbursement
∎ Maintain professional and technical product knowledge, through educational workshops, professional bodies and personal networks.
∎ Perform sales analysis and reports on personal performance
