Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & production Engineer (IPE) from any recognized and well reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate has to be able to handle the marketing and operations of the merchandising of woven Tops.
∎ Should be skilled enough to handle from order execution to order implementation till shipment.
∎ Should be expert to face the buyers at any situation.
∎ Ability to handle 10, 00,000 pcs per month.
∎ Capable to lead 12-15 members merchandising team.
∎ Well mannered, self-motivated, confident.
∎ Good and proven communication skill with buyer as well as supplier.
∎ Vast knowledge about fabric, accessories and wash.
∎ Working in a factory with similar position will be added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding of garments marketing, leadership capabilities, target oriented Proactive, hardworking, patient and innovative.
∎ Good communicative skill both in written and spoken (Bangla & English)
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer.
∎ Strong motivational skill.

Salary: Negotiable
