Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Customers/Buyers regular basis from sampling to shipment and update every day accordingly.
∎ Prepare and Maintain T&A and updating customers regularly on status.
∎ Have to prepare the cost sheet, present to customers and negotiation the price.
∎ Working with Team, monitor all process of product development, and ensure that customers are receiving right samples on time with required quality.
∎ Have to work with planning team for ensuring all materials are in-house, determine the production plan, and fix delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Able to lead team independently, result oriented and able to cope up fast paced working environment.
∎ Continuously Communicate with Commercial team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and updates customers.
∎ Closely work with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Follow up the quality team to ensure the product quality is according to customers requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report and submit to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills,
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and quick decision making ability.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bangla both oral and written.
∎ Advanced compute skill specially Excel / Microsoft outlook / presentation skill.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
