• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age 29 to 45 years

• Should have vast knowledge about the CM of all products compare to the current salary structure of the factory and other establishment expenditure of the company.

• Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills with production team and buyers to execute the orders

• Will have to be an experience in product development based on buyer demand, market trend, and instant costing ability of all kind of knit, jacket and woven items

• Working experience with Lee/Wrangler/Hugo Boss will be given preference.

• Should be able to handle an account / customer independently

• Able to manage from concept development to bulk order delivery

• Need to have a good track record in working with systems and experience in managing TNA. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

• Closely monitoring of Sampling/ Approval process

• To ensure the quality samples (FIT/PP/Tag/shipment/which to be sent to buyers)

• To follow up the test reports and compare with FEF test requirements

• Prepare the fabric consumption with marker and also prepare post consumption after bulk fabric received

• Closely monitor the activities of team members and evaluate their performance periodically

• Co-ordinates with the production team in order to deliver on time shipments

• Perform other activities as assigned by senior authority.
