Educational Requirements:

Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, proven track record [3 years] of developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level;
∎ Previous experience of successfully implementing Outcome Level Monitoring at Country/Sector Level;
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information;
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes;
∎ Technical expertise in Health and Nutrition sectors in Bangladesh
∎ Good leadership skills, effective negotiator, with the ability to proactively influence sectoral and departmental buy-in.
∎ Excellent report writing and communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ High level proficiency on analytical software, e.g. Excel/SPSS/R/STATA and EPI info preferable Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to present complex information.
