Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, including 3 years in developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level.
∎ Proven experience of successfully implementing Outcome Level Monitoring at Country/Sector Level.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge on two or more sub-themes of Child Poverty Sector, e.g. Food Security & Livelihood, Nutrition, Social Protection, and Skills development.
∎ Sound understanding on quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information.
∎ Ability to design and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes and experience of conducting and/or commissioning evaluations.
∎ Excellent report writing and communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint.
