Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisory Responsibilities: Hires and trains departmental supervisors.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible incumbent would be responsible for overall Marketing, commerce & Business Development of the company.
∎ Capable of set upping, associated marketing of jute manufacturing plant and sub-contracts conjointly at an order crisis moment.
∎ Competent in costing, production planning, and technical knowledge, able to line booking round the year in any scenario & run the factory independently.
∎ Robust capable to handle quantitative analysis, emptor corresponded and inventive work, any commerce file of an order ranging from new development to cargo of products
∎ Prepare production plan & shipment plan for the right execution of sampling in step with the "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production management
∎ Robust expertise in Team Building, Leadership and Leading a Team in front.
∎ Sound knowledge concerning, Jute Products, Sample development, and promoting involving all product development, market survey, and negotiation skills.
∎ Attempt to provide most time interval to production and think about maximum cash in on all merchandise.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportage to management on current activities and problems.
∎ Ought to be capable of recent business development & promotion with contemporary emptor.
∎ Stay up-to-date concerning all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors, and every one aspects of the corporate target.
∎ To administrate updates on production status, sampling, and lab dips data being provided by merchandisers to buyers.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
∎ Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

∎ Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 08 to 10 year's relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local & International Marketing, Merchandising, Negotiation etc.
∎ Having diversified working experience in different industries such as Jute Industry, Textiles, and FMCG would get preference.
