Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs, campaign and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
∎ Strategic guideline to sales team for achieving volume, gp, market share & profitability of the specific tire segment in line with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Helping the category head in preparing ABP and all stages from import planning to product delivery.
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
∎ Keeping liaison with partners for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level of all the SKUs of the brand.
∎ Reviews brand, channel & SKU wise sales to enhance the brand's equity in the marketplace and presenting reports to the management time to time.
∎ Effective plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
∎ Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of marketing issues and digital promotional campaigns related to the business.
∎ Manage business development related project/activity on daily basis with B2B stakeholders.
∎ Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures.
