∎ Candidate should have experience in contacting Different airlines, embassies, and International Vendors.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to visit all kinds of corporate offices for sales Tours & Travel services.
∎ Daily visits to various Corporate Office like Pharmaceuticals, Embassy, Consular, Group of Companies, Banks, Consultancy Firms, Manufacturer House, Buying House, Textile & Garments, etc, and sales services to them.
∎ Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and arrange tour packages.
∎ Book hotel reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met.
∎ Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
∎ Builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies and tour vendors globally.
∎ Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.
∎ Ability to build & maintain a strong marketing team.
∎ Ability to meet the monthly target.
∎ Preparing promotional materials and digital content.
∎ Coordinate with other business partners in the travel community to facilitate a positive experience for clients.
