Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of the product initiatives to drive adoption and engagement from the target market.
∎ Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level and generate innovative ideas for tactical market promotions.
∎ Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze effectiveness of the market reach and Thinking of Plan B immediately if present plan doesn’t effect.
∎ Measuring and analyzing what's working and what isn't with regard to the brand's marketing efforts.
∎ Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results
∎ Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
∎ Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
∎ Collaborate closely with the Software team, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects and update products according to market need.
∎ Create Product Brand value by proper promotional strategies. Proactively forecast the market need and proceed with a plan.
∎ Preparing Marketing Budgets align with cost effective situations.
∎ keeping up to date with industry best practice, trends etc. and monitoring digital marketing activities of competitors.
∎ Motivate subordinates and track their performance and provide guidance to achieve their goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, pixel, SimilarWeb etc) will be an advantage.
∎ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills
∎ Easy to Communicate With - you're good in expressing your thoughts
∎ Super-fast growing mentality
∎ Hungriness of capturing new markets
∎ Professional-level English speaking and writing
∎ Basic understanding of running social media campaigns
∎ Excellent and influencive Communication skill
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
