Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing new buyers & providing support to the current buyers.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Ensure that new product development and negotiation are of the highest quality so that the right products are delivered at the right price on time.
∎ Coordinate fabric, trims, sample and garment testing with certified labs as per customer requirements.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that meet customers' expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Coordinate buying meetings locally and internationally.
∎ Maintain daily progress reports, with up to date information on all orders & outstanding issues.
∎ Need to proactively inform management as per company’s SOP.
∎ Monitor the production status and progress and solve the issues related.
∎ Follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Work closely with the factory Merchandiser to ensure Pre-Production and raw materials.
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment of Manager Marketing & Merchandising who has solid experience in both Knit and Woven garment marketing and merchandising. Factory is in Rupgonj, Narayanganj, Job Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka
∎ Responsibilities:
