Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
∎ Responsible for overall online marketing planning for all digital channels, including (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
∎ Prepare a yearly marketing budget and ensure proper allocation of all channels and budget optimization per business needs.
∎ Set objectives, goal and strategies for all digital communication channels with the alignment of the core brand philosophy.
∎ Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
∎ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget.
∎ Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
∎ Review and set customer response communication for all digital channels and monitor the digital query team for smooth customer supports.
∎ Help to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising, including print, digital, and video assets.

∎ Understand the startup vibe and culture.
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Leadership Skills are required.
∎ Proven work experience with e-commerce, startup or any agency experience will get preference.
∎ To understand the business and active involvement with management are required.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 100000 (Monthly)
