Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Studies (MBS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agrovet, Animal Health sector

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of sales budget & workplan for implementation.
∎ Plan, Execute & Facilitate sales according to budget and deadline
∎ Visit different veterinary hospitals to identify the business opportunities.
∎ Build strong network of veterinary doctors, artificial insemination workers, traders and end users with a view to expanding market share.
∎ Manage day to day sales operations.
∎ Develop product knowledge & professional skills among the team members.
∎ Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Dissolve all sales related issues by coordinating with the respective people as and when required.
∎ To play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative to gear up operational excellence.
∎ Collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the territory.
∎ Prepare Tentative Year Plan for the Marketing Department of Agrovet Division.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
