Job Responsibilities:
∎ To adopt policy to increase the sales of Products through the field forces, Branches, Outlets, distributors, traders, Agents etc working under Marketing Department.
∎ To formulate marketing and promotional plans of each product in order to increase demands.
∎ To train marketing and sales team to increase their knowledge regarding products, merchandising and develop their selling skill thus to increase their overall productivity.
∎ To prepare yearly marketing and sales plan for every year.
∎ To prepare sales & expense budget, exercise control over sale team and monitor their activities at all times.
∎ To ensure proper computerized reporting system for the entire field forces through which management can see the field activities.
∎ To keep close monitoring with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration instantly.
∎ To serve as a link between Management and field forces by handling questions, interpreting and administering contract and helping resolve work related problems as soon as possible.
∎ To visit physically all the distributors, market regularly and spend 50% of working time in the field and to submit report in writing just after return from the tour.
∎ To bring the entire county under his coverage phase by phase.
∎ To evaluate the performance and skill of field forces through close observation.
∎ To take initiative for introduction of new products, to change get up, design and text and also to prepare their promotional tools like TV and print media advertisement or any other to promote the products effectively.
∎ To Plan to promote products very scientifically.
∎ To ensure place and position your products against the competitive products very scientifically.
∎ To assess the item wise demand of the market well in advance considering the season and areas and make active coordination with the factory so that factory can make the product s available to meet the demand of the market at the time of need.
∎ To keep close observation on competitive products of other organization and take efficient measures to develop own products in terms of price, quality, get up, design, packaging etc to keep hold on existing market and its expansion.
∎ To ensure issue and selling of short life products with priority under close supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
