The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective business strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance market share, and ensure the sustainable growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationship with OE Manufacturers as Customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
To set and mentor the sales team on achieving targets.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate sales reports.
Oversee budgeting and efficient resource allocation.
Ensure consistent growth through effective relationship management and market analysis.
