Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing or master's in economics from any reputed University.
∎ Candidates having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Marketing will also be considered for initial screening. However, the candidate needs to meet the experience requirement.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the Market Research Business.
∎ Achieving business revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
∎ Overseeing the projects from proposals preparation to report preparation and delivery.
∎ Ensuring client satisfaction by providing insights and recommendations and on time quality delivery.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with the key clients.
∎ Ensuring that Team is trained enough to fulfill client requirements.
∎ Attain company's business growth as per management expectation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have managerial experience in the following area(s):
∎ Direct Marketing Research and Consultancy Firms.
∎ Extensive experience in market research area in business development & operation
∎ In-depth knowledge on research methodology, field operation, Project implementation.
∎ Strong business KPI driven can do attitude.
∎ Candidate must have good & positive leadership quality and the ability to motivate diversified team.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill for team management.
∎ He/she should be proficient in computer skill, at least sound at MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS.
∎ Good command on English both in speaking and writing.
