∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Chemicals Engineering/ ACCT/ Industrial & Environmental Science/ Development Studies/ Disaster Management or others relevant discipline from following Public/Private University like: BUET, RUET, DUET, KUET, CHUET, SUST, JUST, DU, JU, CU, RU, NSU, AIUB, IUB, EWU University etc.

Job Context:
∎ Global Research and Marketing (GRM) is hiring now Executive/Sr. Executive - Industrial & Environmental Research
∎ Responsible for connecting diversified organization (International, National-Private and Public, Corporation and Ministry) with GRM in the context of developing opportunity for Industrial and Environmental research. Execute company strategy for the department to meet the quality of research (proposal to final report) for stakeholder`s satisfaction. Need to be skillful for Prepare unique Research Proposals as per EOI/RFQ published by local and international prospects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore Opportunities of Research published by International and National organization and connect the dots to make it complete.
∎ Develop the network (internal and external) and execute the overall Business process of the department.
∎ Build connection with resources and stakeholder's from International organization like GIZ, ADB, WB, ETCOL, SREEDA etc. and other Development agencies working in Bangladesh.
∎ Build connection with resources and stakeholder's from National (private and public) organization like DoE, BCIC, BPDB, WAPDA, WASA, City Corporation, DESCO, DPDC, TITAS, BASFIC, BEPZA, BIDA, Petrobangla, MoI, MoE, MoEm etc. and other authority and regulatory bodies working in Bangladesh those exploring development research's and diffract Impact analysis.
∎ Explore EOI/RFW regular basis and develop unique research proposal with suitable methodologies and tools to address the Objective as per Industrial & Environmental Research requirements.
∎ Explore and support to conduct Feasibility and Industrial research in the respective filed and organization like DoE, BCIC, BPDB, MoI, MoE etc.
∎ Support as self-motivated team member during conducting any research projects, M&E related activities comes at all the stages from planning and designing to report drafting, data analysis, and results dissemination in order to provide holistic solutions to clients in Industrial & Environmental research project.
∎ Co-lead client relationships with Manager/supervisor for Industrial & Environmental research projects, and ensure research deliverables meet high quality standards that are actionable and reflect GRM highest level of commitment for their clients.
∎ Develop research proposals for clients to collaborate with Customer and other respective parties.
∎ Monitor won projects to ensure quality and maintain time & cost efficiency
∎ Provide training and necessary support for internal team so that they can be equipped to understand, execute, manage, and serve effectively to the existing and new clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01-02 year(s) relevant experience in the field of core developmental research
∎ Must Competent in Research Design/ Analysis and Reporting and Good Knowledge on data collection and fieldwork and Team management
∎ The applicants should have direct work experience in any reputed Research Organization in the field of Industrial & Environmental Science and Engineering research.
∎ Candidate should have to Experience on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA & IEEA)
∎ Positive mindset with Learning attitude and Emotional Intelligence
∎ Must have good command over English language (written & spoken) and Public Presentation.
∎ Female are encourage to apply but no gender preference for this position.
∎ Extensive knowledge and working experience in Industrial & Environmental role(s) in reputed research agency will get preference; or in Industrial & Environmental research unit of research companies.
∎ Strong analytical mind, very good knowledge on advanced data collection tools, analysis methods, and different statistical & data management software's.
∎ Self-Motivated, Self-Control Good Team Player, with the ability to motivate diverse group of people and travelling anywhere in Bangladesh once needed.
∎ Strong Business Sense and Strategic Thinking with winning mindset.
∎ Excellent organizational, analytical, diplomatic, oral, and written communications skills.
∎ Computer and technology savvy, proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
