∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance all type of sewing machine, heat seal machine, Band Knief, Laser Cutter, Hand Cutter, Beckum table, & check machine servicing card as per regular scheduled.
∎ Supervise machine erection & Installation works.
∎ Candidates must have practical experience to repair all type of branded sewing machine like: PEGASUS, BROTHERS, JUKI, JAC, HASIMA etc.
∎ Potential candidate has strong sound knowledge of Line Layout Plan & driving ability all kind of sewing machineries.
∎ Conduct all types of trouble shooting, maintenance & repairs of sewing machineries.
∎ To ensure and arrange machineries support based on plan before start the production.
∎ Ability to team building capacity & leadership skilled to lead the maintenance department.
∎ Lead the team & training maintenance staff based on critical operational activities of the mechanical issues.
∎ Maintenance & resolve the problem & idle machineries in advance with strong communicate supplier.
∎ Conducted machines calibration monthly and yearly scheduled basis.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including electromechanical drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders.
∎ Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electro-mechanical works.
∎ Monitoring 5S & compliance issues strongly.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
