Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities of feed mill machinery and utilities.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency of mechanical systems including Silo, pellet mill, grinder, mixer, boiler, compressor, conveyor, and packing systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Store departments to develop maintenance plans and ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget, forecast expenditures, monitor cost control, and ensure maintenance activities are executed within the approved budget.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the maintenance team to ensure high performance, skill development, and adherence to maintenance standards.
• Establish and implement safety structures in compliance with Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) guidelines and ensure effective utilization.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns, accidents, and lost time injuries.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, breakdown analysis, and operational data in ERP within stipulated timelines.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
