Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage hotel logistics operations, ensuring smooth procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies.
∎ Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and timely delivery.
∎ Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transport service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of essential materials.
∎ Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and government regulations related to logistics and supply chain.
∎ Implement inventory control and warehouse management best practices.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
∎ Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and cost analysis.
