Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB or above law degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is senior position where the incumbent has to be fully operational in managing and handling all law related issues and concern as first contact person.
∎ Review and formulate power plant related contracts (EPC/Turnkey Contracts) in line with local and international law.
∎ Guide company in resolving law related issues and play an advisory role in this regard.
∎ Find out legal obligations and assess legal risks out of various local, onshore and off shore contracts and guide the company in full filling those obligations and managing risk, if any, in a lawful manner.
∎ Work with different company nominated law houses both at home and abroad and obtain necessary legal opinion in applicable cases and implement as per their given attorney.
∎ Work with International Lender's lawyers.
∎ Coordinate with different government and non-government bodies in law related matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 06-07 years post qualification experience in any reputed law firms including knowledge in Arbitration handling process.
