∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably within group of companies
∎ Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
∎ Proven ability to lead and manage a legal team effectively, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all legal matters affecting the organization, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
∎ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.Compliance Monitoring & Risk Management:
∎ Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local, national, and international laws and regulations.
∎ Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, providing strategic advice to management and other departments.Dispute Resolution & Policy Development:
∎ Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
∎ Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and risk management.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
∎ Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment while encouraging professional development.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to provide legal insights that support business objectives.
∎ The Manager of the Legal Department will oversee all legal functions within Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing strategic legal guidance to support the company's operations and growth. This role requires a proactive leader with strong legal expertise and excellent communication skills.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
