∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Advocateship

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Law, Land Law, Legal Affairs, Litigation

Job Context:
∎ Experienced in real estate industries
∎ Advocateship

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure adequate initiatives to secure the company interest regarding the Land to be developed / purchased by vetting land documents, searching authenticity of the same in the relevant Sub- Registry Office, AC Land Office etc. and demarcating physical possession as per Mouza maps.
∎ Ensure legal vetting on the land documents, agreements, undertakings, notices, MOUs etc.
∎ Drafting of Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Agreement for Sale, Rent Agreement, MOU, Undertaking, Affidavit etc.
∎ Drafting, reviewing and revising contract documentation to ensure best interests of the Company
∎ Arranging registration of joint venture Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Agreement for Sale etc. in the relevant Sub Registry Office
∎ Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
∎ Instructing and supervising external lawyer in litigation and other legal matters concerning the Company’s business as well as relating to Company’s assets.
∎ Resolution various kinds of disputes regarding developed / purchased land and legal issues with regard to any clients.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all files and documentation.
∎ Taking initiatives & legal actions according to the management decision.
∎ Any other activities when as required by management.

∎ Age at least 35 years
