Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit/ Investigation, Consultant, Contract, Criminal Law, Lawyer, Liaison, Regulatory, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Law Firm, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling and monitoring all compliances and related issues in time and update regulatory frameworks at company end.
∎ Filing suits /meeting lawyers for all legal work initiated by/against the company
∎ Prepare all legal requirements and help in decision making regarding any issue with experts/consultants opinion.
∎ Visit government agencies for appearances and discussions.
∎ Drafting and Managing Company notices and minutes for AGM, EGM and Meetings of the Board.
∎ Submit all necessary documents to CA farm for Annual Return. Liaise with CA farm regarding secretarial matter
∎ Draft, execute , renew and vet all agreements required by the company.
∎ Ensure all IPRs are protected by filing objections, replies to oppositions etc.
∎ Institute suits /defend suits relating to IPR /disparagement etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ To take action against infringement of our trade mark in Bangladesh.
∎ Liaising with IP lawyer when required.
∎ Assisting and clarifying all departments regarding legal points.
∎ Assisting and visiting government and regulatory bodies

Salary: Negotiable
