∎ The incumbent for this position is required to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in business or related field. A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in MNC or locally reputed organization with 4 years in retail industry or in leasing role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify prospective sites in different locations for Apex outlets as per the company's objectives.
∎ 2. Analyze & prepare the report on the prospect of establishing a retail store in the identified area.
∎ 3.Conduct Survey, analysis, and comparison of new site rent to ensure the competitiveness of the store.
∎ 4.Control rental costs of the targeted sites through effective negotiations with the landowners.
∎ 5.Coordinate with the legal department and landowners to mitigate any issues and complete signing agreements.
∎ 6.Coordinate with the stakeholder from day one of store acquisition activities till the end for smooth handover.
∎ 7.Record and track all acquisition-related data in a prescribed platform.
∎ 8.Perform leasing-related administrative tasks, including preparing lease agreements, process application, renewal of lease agreements, negotiating with all landowners’ agreements, contacts, amendments and other required documentation, negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements for ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
