Experience:
Candidates having practical experience in advocacy, land litigation, and court proceedings will receive preference.
Advocacy experience with sound knowledge of land laws and legal procedures will be treated as an added advantage.
Prior experience in handling land-related legal matters and court affairs as an Advocate will be highly preferred.
Land Management
Lead land acquisition processes including identification, negotiation, and closure all over Bangladesh
Conduct due diligence and title verification of land parcels
Ensure proper documentation, mutation, registration, and record-keeping
Maintain professional liaison with RAJUK, Sub-Registry Offices, Land Offices (AC Land), and other regulatory bodies.
Handle land-related disputes, encroachments, and claims
Maintain land bank database and documentation system
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and communities
Represent the organization in legal and land-related negotiations
Support cross-functional teams (projects, finance, operations)
Ensure continuous development of team capabilities
Ensure compliance with land laws, environmental regulations, zoning rules, etc.
Ensure proper due diligence for all land and property transactions
Advise management on legal risks, governance, and regulatory matters
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local stakeholders.
Legal Management
Provide strategic legal support to senior management on corporate, commercial, and land-related matters
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, leases, and legal documents all over Bangladesh .
Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes documents all over Bangladesh
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies documents all over Bangladesh
Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permits, and clearances
Monitor changes in laws and assess impact on business operations
Ensure proper litigation, court cases, and coordinate with external legal counsel
Maintain proper documentation and legal records across all SBUs
Provide legal opinions to the Board and senior management on all legal matters
Oversee and manage all litigation, Civil, criminal and writ cases
