Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the day to day flawless operations of the lab.
∎ Play the vital role as laboratory Manager in the overall safety of the laboratory.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of the lab including instruments/equipment calibration, preventive maintained, repairing & purchasing.
∎ Taking care & supervising all the Lab technologists.
∎ Train all Lab technologist as per the requirements.
∎ Taking care of all the supplies needed to conduct all required tests and to ensure the lab runs smoothly.
∎ Prepare various trend analysis data\reports for buyer\Managements
∎ Maintains laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards;
∎ Developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting standard operating procedures (SOP);
∎ Ensuring staff compliance;
∎ Certifying instrument performance;
∎ Arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair according to the needs,
∎ Be familiar with the buyer’s requirements specific to the lab and ensures all lab users\lab technologists are incompliance with those requirements.
∎ Update and maintain the Lab Safety Plan, Manual & the SOP\Quality Manuals etc.
∎ Accompany the Buyer\New Clients during Lab Inspections \ visit toward show casing the lab capacity as well as for the overall Lab status.
∎ Ensures that the laboratory is cleaned/sanitized and kept in an orderly manner
∎ Ensures all instrumentations/equipment are functioning properly specially eyewash/safety showers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Physical Test: (Both ISO and AATCC method)
∎ Color fastness to Rubbing
∎ Color fastness to Wash
∎ Color fastness to water
∎ Acid perspiration
∎ Alkali Perspiration
∎ Hand-fell and Texture
∎ Tear strength
∎ Tensile Strength
∎ Seam slippage
∎ Seam Force
∎ GSM
∎ Yarn test
∎ Chemical Test:
∎ Conduct quality testing activities for daily incoming chemicals and dyes.
∎ Sampling, Testing of Chemicals and Dyes as per given procedure.
∎ Product application as per SOP, STP and perform acceptance/rejection.
∎ Checking TDS, MSDS, RSL, MRSL and SGS reports.
∎ Follow up Lab dip preparations received from Production and R&D.
∎ New product evaluation and assigned work
∎ Review the dye’s self-shade
