Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• 6 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Skills Required: Lab experience from ITS/SGS.

• Working with a testing Laboratory for apparel or textile.

• Should have in-depth practical experience on Fabric & Garments testing.

• Should have knowledge about ETP process, lab equipment & testing methods.

• Should have sound knowledge on AATCC & ISO.

• Should have sound knowledge about testing requirements of various Buyers.

• Leadership quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.

• Should have good inter personal communication skills.

• Should be proficient with emails and computers.

• Follow up lab dip in initial, development and sample stage, and give internal approval.

• Check bulk hanger/technical hanger before sending to buyer. Check development fabric color and quality and give internal approval.

• Check development garment wash and certify to submit to buyer.

• Check sample fabric/ PP fabric/dye lot/trims and accessories and give internal approval.

• Check bulk blanket/bulk shade trim card/roll to roll color continuity.

• Check individual fabric roll/yarn lot. Give approval for bulk fabric cutting/bulk garment production.

• Check bulk washing shade, give approval and certify to submit to buyer.

• Give solution for failed tests. Follow up all third-party labs for testing prices and smooth testing reports.

• Follow up internal testing lab and buyer wise internal test report.

• Coordinate with merchant team, suppliers and with buyers for color & quality issues.

• Taking care of all kinds of washing chemicals & giving recipe for washing.

• Maintain all kinds of color standards.
