Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric Knitting, knitting Planning, Knitting Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze any given fabric/ requirements by Marketing & provide them fabric technical support effectively and efficiently.
∎ Formulate marketing plan, market research for effective implantation.
∎ Deal with the Buyers independently for all the Marketing activities.
∎ To work closely with Marketing & factory technical team to develop new innovation, fashion trend and any special requirements from buyer.
∎ Prepare PI, Sample Order, Knitting Order correctly and follow up with the factory to execute those timely.
∎ Sourcing new buyers, collecting orders & keep close liaison with Buyers for marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up and export planning.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them necessary information in time.
∎ Knitting machine planning as per Fabric TNA and Coordinate with factory planning & production team to ensure the TNA & OTD.
∎ Have to perform knitting Pricing/ Costing/ Sourcing based on guideline given by Management/ Department Head.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising/ Production/ Development team for any kinds of knitting/ developments requirements/ Issues.
∎ Close co-ordination with factory knitting production & Planning team to ensure the TNA/ OTD.
∎ To maintain appropriate communicative knowledge with customers & Handling different types of claims efficiently.
∎ To prepare Sales & marketing plan on monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Coordinate among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution of orders.
∎ Regularly follow up for collecting L/C, UD, Acceptance, Maturity and Payment in time from the Buyers.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best product.
∎ Take care of all aspects of best quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Frequently visit other knitting factories and maintain relationship with the Buyers accordingly.
∎ Maintain and ensure proper official documentation.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Knitting & Marketing of Knit Fabric.
∎ Capability to work hard with proactive manner.
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation particularly MS Office.
∎ Good morale value with ethical commitment;
∎ Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude;
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
