∎ Proven experience in textile and knitting operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of the knitting capacity through in-house production or subcontracting/sourcing.
∎ Perform knitting subcontracting/sourcing, pricing, and costing based on guidelines provided by the department head.
∎ Guide the team to prepare knitting plan according to fabric TNA (Time and Action) and coordinate with the planning team/ internal knitting production to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
∎ And also, maintain close coordination with external factory knitting production and planning teams to ensure TNA/OTD.
∎ Analyze fabric requirements from Marketing and provide fabric technical support.
∎ Collaborate closely with internal marketing and external factory technical teams to develop new innovations, follow fashion trends, and meet special buyer requirements.
∎ Handle any other responsibilities assigned by management.
