• Strong communication skills to engage with head office, suppliers, knit and Sweater factories.
• In-depth experience with knit and sweater product & product management ability.
• Sound knowledge about costing, Strong factory sourcing ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a clear overview of knit and sweater orders and developments.
• A commitment to ensuring the highest quality in knit & sweater production and timely delivery.
• Proactive to visit factories regularly for production and follow-ups.
• Ownership – leadership – result achieving mentality between own team & co-working team.

• Act as the main point of communication between the office, buyers, and suppliers.
• Manage daily follow-ups on orders and developments, including:
• Communicating with suppliers Receiving, checking, and measuring samples personally.
• Preparing comment sheets and ensuring only those samples that will be approved are sent out.
• Handle order and development details with factories, maintaining an overview to Ensure orders are of the correct quality on-time delivery.
• Conduct spontaneous visits to factories to oversee order follow up and production processes.
• Effective Communication with the factory people, other related departments/ sections.
• Coordinate with the factory team for proper & in-time execution of production.
• Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality, etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter.
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance to avoid any shipment issue.
• Follow up on production and samples with factories and ensure related procedures
• Execute steps in the merchandising cycle (File / Record keeping / Sampling / TNAs / QA file making / Production follow ups / Shipment booking)
• Follow-up for development samples, artwork approvals, fabric approvals etc.
• Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories
• Communicate with factories on lab dip, fabric, proto submission based on set timelines
• Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals
• To ensure the quality samples (FIT/PP/Tag/shipment/which to be sent to buyers)
• Closely monitoring of Sampling/ Approval process.
• Perform other activities as assigned by senior authority.
