• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in sweater manufacturing.

• Excellent communication & reporting skill in English.

• In-depth understanding of sweater construction, yarn types, and production process to control factory for the office.
•  Must have factory dominating attitude and ability to follow up from production to shipment stage.
•  Proficiency in sweater-specific areas such as knitting, linking, wash finishing, and sweater chart making, giving solution to factory in technical detail.
•  Experience in organizing and conducting Pre-Production (PP) meetings, including reporting and record-keeping.
•  Ability to perform In-line Audits and in-process audits across Knitting, Linking, and Finished Products.
• Capability to evaluate various types of samples (Proto, Fit, Seal, Size set, Buyer ref, etc.) with a focus on feasibility and risk analysis.
•  Skilled in handling sample approvals by assessing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garment outlook, and fitting on both dummy and model samples.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer technical inquiries and troubleshooting independently.
• Ensure all samples meet quality standards before submission to buying offices.
• Profound Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.
• Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.
• Documents & update inspection results by completing reports and share in email & related platform.
• Understand production processes for sweater division, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
• Ability to understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
