Location: Adjacent Area near Dhaka Metro

Reports To: Distributor s Territory Officer Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for managing overall business operations and driving sustainable growth in alignment with company objectives and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans in line with the distribution agreement to ensure growth.

• Track monthly targets (Volume, KPI, etc.) and ensure achievement for both distribution house and team.

• Consult with distributor and obtain approval for investment and financial decisions.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and retain field force; manage team turnover.

• Ensure staff motivation, discipline, and effective team performance.

• Oversee efficient stock lifting and maintain a proper stock coverage ratio.

• Manage regular business expenses in line with company guidelines.

• Coordinate OSDO operations (if applicable) with OSDO Manager/In-Charge and Sales Managers.

• Engage with relevant stakeholders, including local government officials, bank representatives, labor groups, and others.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the distributor on financial and investment matters.

• Coordinate with the OSDO Manager/In-Charge for OSDO operational activities.

• Collaborate with the Territory Officer on business progress and distribution-house development.

• Work with Finance/Accounts for budget and expense management.

• Coordinate with computer operators, logistics supervisors, and go-down staff for smooth operations.
