Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations.
∎ Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
∎ Ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards.
∎ Handle complaints and supervise financial transactions.
∎ Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving revenue targets
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our Japanese restaurant operations. The Manager will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, staff supervision, quality control, and efficient day-to-day management of the outlet.
