We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our restaurant management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day procurement of raw materials, managing inventory levels, and supporting accounts and financial record-keeping. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, efficiency, and the ability to work closely with kitchen, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement

• Source, negotiate, and purchase food items, raw materials, and kitchen
• supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies.
• Maintain purchase records and update the system regularly.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of all kitchen and restaurant supplies.
• Monitor inventory usage and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for demand forecasting.

Accounts & Record Keeping

• Maintain daily cashbook and record sales and expense transactions.
• Process vendor invoices and assist with payment tracking.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and compliant with internal
• policies.
