Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in CSE or any other related subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure development, implementation and maintenance of ERP in proper manner.
∎ Developing , Implementing & evaluating IT Projects in Line with organizational objectives.
∎ Maintain computer systems and make sure that all departments IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV surveillance, PABX, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Laptop/Desktop joining to central active directory,
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Ensuring user Desktop/Laptop backup by central backup System.
∎ Configure Outlook on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile, Microsoft TEAMs / One-Drive Support, etc.
∎ Maintain the IT security system.
∎ Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
∎ Capable to maintain installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, projectors and CCTV Camera maintenance.
∎ Configure and install Router, Firewall, Port forwarding, Bandwidth management and System management task automation using Shell script.
∎ Monitoring Domain Controller, Windows Servers, Managing ISP connections and Troubleshooting and Monitoring and maintaining network security.
∎ All other relevant duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the higher authority.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):IT Enabled Service, Software based work.
