Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
∎ Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
∎ Researching and installing new systems.
∎ Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
∎ Providing secure access to the network for remote users.
∎ Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
∎ Providing users with appropriate support and advice.
∎ Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
∎ Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
∎ Managing filing systems.
∎ Depending on the organization, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media.
∎ Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
∎ Attending conferences and training.Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services.
∎ Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies.
∎ Monitor & maintenance all IT infrastructure activities of Lecture Publications Ltd.
∎ Server maintenance & monitoring.
∎ Server configure on Windows platform if company required.
∎ Smooth system support to all employee of LPL.
∎ System rescue from unwanted disaster.
∎ Smooth maintenance for all CCTV surveillance system of LPL.
∎ Chain distribution management for IT properties of LPL.
∎ Install & Configure company required software & hardware.
∎ Report Manager, IT about IT department activities.
∎ Give IT related technical support to top Management of LPL.
∎ Especially work on troubleshoot Graphics & R&D, LPL Like system imaging and various critical problem.
∎ Any other task assigned by the HOD
