Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any UGC approved university with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the requirement management process and ensure complete documented requirements with appropriate details.
∎ Drive feasibility analysis, and technical solution design based on the business requirement and delivery plan together with the concern team and vendor.
∎ For technical projects, lead project scoping, detailed project plan, and roadmap engaging cross-functional teams
∎ Lead the technical delivery (solution implementation) as per business requirements and agreed project plan. Assess, design and deliver necessary integrations with proper impact analysis at all ends.
∎ Follow the proper change management process to fulfill the business requirement
∎ Devise Test Plan and govern the testing phase (unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT along with bug fixing) to ensure quality product delivery
∎ Comply with standards project management process and practices
∎ Lead and ensure detailed technical evaluation for vendor solutions
∎ Manage and ensure service availability and smooth operations & maintenance of the healthcare solution through a regular system health checks, proactive maintenance, service monitoring, performance reporting, capacity management, etc., and following ITIL V4 (IT Service Management) guidelines
∎ Ensure on-time resolution of incidents or any other issues captured through proactive monitoring or reported by stakeholders
∎ Plan and implement maintenance schedules for applications and systems in discussion with stakeholders ensuring minimum impacts/downtime
∎ Analyze the access load on systems to forecast and plan for future capacity and technological upgrades considering high availability
∎ Keeping up-to-date with global technology trends and advancements to ensure modernized and sustainable solutions.
∎ Supervise IT Officer to ensure regular maintenance, troubleshooting of technical issues in application, database, and infrastructure layer (e.g., software-related issues, data connectivity, network configurations, etc.), and other IT support.
∎ Lead the regular interaction and governance with vendors to ensure proper support and manage vendor performance.
∎ Planning and preparation of Budget with appropriate assumptions and proper justification during the budget cycle. Manage the approved budget smartly with proper control over spending to ensure maximum value for money.
∎ Comply with relevant information security controls and follow technology processes and guidelines properly
∎ Keep up-to-date with modern technology trends and advancements in relevant fields and recommend continuous improvement in the technology solution and service area.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
