Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have MBA/Masters/equivalents degree from reputed University major in Accounting Information System/ Finance /Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Due Diligence, drafting of Rights offer document, Prospectus, Information of Memorandum (IM)
∎ After completing orientation & basic knowledge sharing about the responsibility candidates will assign the Issue Management related task of different clients.
∎ Ensure to comply with IAS, IFRS, Companies Act 1994, Public Issue Rules 2015, Income Tax Ordinance1984 & other related rules on client's documents.
∎ Capital Issue/ Public Issue related task with BSEC, DSE & CSE. Perform other duties as may be required as per business need
∎ Liaising with clients, legal advisors, auditors, other advisors, BSEC, Stock Exchanges and other intermediaries involved;
∎ Coordinating with BSEC, DSE, and CSE other related Regulators' and Client till completion of assignment.
∎ Revising Provable company Financial Statement
∎ Revising company Tax file and supporting documents
∎ Analyzing the Financial and capital Structure of the Issue Company.
∎ Maintaining Communication with the relevant stakeholders BSEC, DSE, CSE, & CDBL.
∎ Preparing query Ans. for BSEC, DSE, CSE
∎ Checking all supporting documents for Issue company (Bill, Voucher, and L/C).
∎ Ensure all payment Mode especially in bill & L/C.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have strong analytical ability to analyze the present & future forecast of the client/capital market.
∎ Excellent oral and written in English Communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
∎ Monitoring the compliance related activities of the company.
∎ Strong comment on MS Office, especially in MS Word & MS Excel is needed.
∎ Working and completing a given assignment within stipulated timeline.
∎ Good knowledge of BSEC Rules and Regulations, Companies Act, Due Diligence and Processes & Practices of various - Merchant - Banking - deals;
