Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/ICT/ICE/EEE or equivalent degree from a reputed public and private universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP

Job Context:
∎ Having knowledge on IPTSP Network and Linux System Administration
∎ Clear knowledge in both IP and TDM Network.
∎ Should have skills in Asterisk and knowledge in Soft Switch with E1 Gateway.
∎ Clear understanding about BTRC guideline about IPTSP, working experience with ICX and Telco operator.
∎ Having knowledge in E1/SS7 Signaling, codec, dial plan, voice traffic routing, CDR, billing, SIP server security & monitoring etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about Video Conferencing equipment`s, Application Servers, Backup and recovery, Data center, storage system etc.
∎ Self-directed, excellent analysis and judgment skills
∎ Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills both in Bengali & English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management, planning, configuring, developing, maintenance, and implementation of IP Telephony services
∎ Establish and develop IP PABX system integrated with IPTSP network.
∎ Actively involved in system log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
∎ Work on report preparation, analysis and visualize IPTSP network performance.
∎ Educate, guide and supervise IPTSP technical team members to improve their performance and nurture team's personal development.
∎ Monitor and test network performance with ICX end/client end and provide network performance statistics.
∎ Develop proposed solution, prepare BOQ and assist in offering IP Telephony / Call Center solution using IP phones, FXO/FXS/ATA devices GSM Gateway etc. to deserving customers.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
∎ Keep management informed about network performance and service availability.
