Educational Requirements:
∎ CA-CC from any recognized CA firm with part qualification and partly qualified ACCA/ CIA/ CISA will get preference.
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Management with minimum two first class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.50 in the scale of 4.00 and 3.00 in the scale of 5.00 is acceptable.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit, managerial level

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparation of Annual Internal Audit Plan (AIAP) and Implementation of AIAP through proper scheduling, audit execution, staff planning & supervision through field visits.
∎ Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system in operation, analyzing existing controls and recommending controls in specific organizational systems, to provide assurance of operational and technical efficiency at the organization level.
∎ Execute risk based and process-based audit and ensure quality Audit Reports, Meet Management expectation through positive meeting and discussion with management.
∎ Execute special audit, investigation, and other special tasks with adequate recommendation on control measures.
∎ Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks where existing controls are inadequate.
∎ Update audit files and documents based on professional and program-based knowledge and ensure the proper documentation against the Audit findings.
∎ Plan and ensure detailed succession planning to groom and prepare future leader.
∎ Update himself/ herself on recent knowledge about risk based/ process based and any special assignment which is requested by senior management/ program management.
∎ Assist to review of periodical, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the performance of program and others.
∎ Ensure a good behavioral practice and ethical culture in both within the department and organization.
∎ Ensure compliance with RDRS Values, code of ethics of IAD, IIA and IFAC by initiating appropriate response to the issue raised by external stakeholders
∎ Proactive coordination and communication with Head Office and different program management of field offices.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 1 year working experience in managerial position of Internal Audit. Experience requirements can be waived in case of professionally qualified candidates. Partly completed CA, CIA, ACCA etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on IFRS, IAS, IIA Standards, Labor Law, Companies Act, Revenue Act, MRA Act & Rules, NGOAB Act and Rules, Risk management functions etc;
∎ Skills in Internal Audit management, Risk Based and Process based Internal Audit.
∎ Sound IT skills with advance working experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Have competencies on people management, analytical ability, problem solving and negotiation.
∎ Must have positive attitude for field visit per month.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 48000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates

∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to one basic salary
