∎ Graduation/ Masters in Business from a reputed university with good academic track record.
∎ CA (Certificate Level) is requisite to apply for the position.
∎ Candidates who have completed CA (Professional Level) from a reputed CA firm will get preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and ensure execution of internal audit management system and ensure the effectiveness of planning for every business unit;
∎ Identifying business process risks;
∎ Creating various testing methods to evaluate the adequacy of controls;
∎ Create an audit engagement scope;
∎ Prepare audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed;
∎ Design creative ways to train subordinates, and monitor output delivery;
∎ Ensure the assurance of financial management activities along with internal control system;
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant policy, guidance note, laws and regulations;
∎ Ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate assurance evidence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Working experience in internal audit with a large group of the apparel industry
∎ The applicant should have at least 1-year of experience in the same position
∎ Possess sound knowledge of business risks and practices, and business process improvements
∎ Must possess management, organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills
∎ Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
∎ Possess a high level of work ethic and integrity
∎ Should be able to multi-task and meet established deadlines
∎ Ability to investigative records, history, audits, and many more
∎ Ability to see sensitive issues for timely communication and/or escalation
∎ Should be able to exercise sound judgment and discretion
