Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum

• Master’s in Accounting/Finance or MBA (Accounting/Finance) from a reputed university.

• CA (Qualified)/ACCA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• In-depth knowledge of audit standards, risk management, internal control systems, and financial regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency in using audit tools and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Bengali.

• High ethical standards and integrity.

• Willingness to travel to factories and operational sites as required.

As part of our continued growth and focus on operational excellence, we are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Internal Audit function across both business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal audit department for both JSJVL and Classic Chemical Industries Ltd.

• Develop and execute annual internal audit plans covering financial, operational, and compliance audits.

• Supervise and guide internal audit team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of audit assignments.

• Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.

• Conduct audits of production facilities, depots, and sales operations to ensure process integrity and control effectiveness.

• Review financial transactions, accounting systems, inventory records, and cost control mechanisms.

• Report audit findings to top management regularly and recommend corrective actions with follow-up mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, company policies, and international standards.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the organization.
