Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant, ACCA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Pre-Audit - GPGCL & Sister Concerns and Improve quality of pre-audit & Time Management.
∎ Process-Audit - GPGCL & Sister Concerns (Risk Based Audit) and Identify Control Gap & Recommendation for its Fixation (If any).
∎ Physical Verification of Raw Materials, Cash & Stores of GPGCL & Sister Concerns.
∎ Special work/investigation assigned by HIAC and ensure it with proper documents.
∎ Prepare Audit Plan .
∎ Prepares and analysis of audit data through computer aided audit tools.
∎ Review relevant security policies and procedure.
∎ Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.
∎ Setup Production capacity/turnover and check achievement with turnover & report the lacking of achievement.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings and record.
∎ Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
∎ Prepare Audit plan, identify loopholes & recommend risk aversion measures & cost savings.
∎ Must have knowledge about Vat, Tax, Profit, Loss accounts & balance sheet.
∎ To prepare SOP/policies for the Group when Management wants.
∎ To ensure that group internal control systems/policies/SOP are running effectively and efficiently and risks are minimized to a tolerable level through review and identifying root causes.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values.
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Excellent analytical abilities and management reporting capacity.
∎ Excellent in relevant computer applications and programs.
