Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be in-charge of institutional sales (business to business) for products made by Quasem Industries Limited and its sister concerns (Sunlite battery and lighter, Sun Chips, Sun Drinking Water, Sun Ghee, Wave Air Freshener, Wave Insect Killer.
∎
∎ Main responsibility of candidates will be to identify institutions that buy such products in bulk and visit them individually to promote the products and then maintain the relationship with the buyer to ensure repeat sales.
∎
∎ Institutions under the candidate will include business houses (pharmaceutical companies, banks, manufacturing companies), hotels, schools and many others. Candidate must have experience selling FMCG products directly to such institutions.
∎
∎ Candidates must maintain good personal hygiene and have a smart appearance.
∎
∎ Candidate must be able to work independently without much supervision.
∎
∎ Candidate must be able to handle a team of people under their direction and keep them motivated and develop their skills.
∎
∎ Candidates who have experience with graphic designing and/or social media marketing will be given preference.
∎
∎ Candidates MUST be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Candidates must be confident, assured and well-spoken.
∎
∎
∎ Perform any other jobs as required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Candidates from English Medium School Background (completed O Levels, A Levels) will be STRONGLY preferred for this post.
∎ All candidates must have AT LEAST 5 years of experience working in institutional sales of a reputed FMCG company selling consumer goods to various institutions.
∎ Candidates over the age of 40 will not be considered for this post except in exceptional circumstances.
∎ Strong command in English (reading, writing, speaking).
∎ Friendly personality - approachable, outgoing, assertive
∎ Creative minded individuals are preferred for this post.
∎ Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task
∎ Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS., Excel, Internet browsing, E-mail).
