Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to describe SMV to production staff is a must.
∎ PMTS knowledge is required
∎ Capability of convincing production workers to achieve the given targets maintaining quality standards
∎ Ability to guide the production team to do style change-overs within assigned time
∎ Proven ability to make reports on regular basis and as and when required
∎ Strong ability to identify bottle necks and immediate solutions. Quick response is a must.
∎ Ability to evaluate operators’ skills and gaps in skills for further training or recruitments
∎ Good understanding of sewing line balancing. Work experience to minimize the balancing loss.
∎ Ability to maintain the Throughput time very consistently in order to maintain the given Takt Time
∎ Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
∎ Ability to work on computer applications directly connected to all Industrial Engineering activities
∎ Hand-on experience on reducing wastes in whole production process pipe-line
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very positive, pro-active person eager to learn new things and determined to make results in any given task while performing the regular works efficiently
