Overview:

RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified manufacturing conglomerates, known for its plastics, stationery, metal, melamine, PVC, chemical, electronics, furniture, industrial products, light engineering, and Leather goods, is seeking a dedicated Manager for planning and the IE department to strengthen its production operations. Industrial Engineering is responsible for improving productivity through time study, line balancing, SMV calculation, capacity analysis, and process improvement, while supporting production to achieve efficiency targets. Planning is responsible for preparing and monitoring production plans, coordinating materials and resources, following up orders, and ensuring on-time delivery through effective cross-functional coordination. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining ethical standards, industrial harmony, and regulatory excellence in a large manufacturing environment.

Job Location: Rajshahi, Rangpur, Pabna, Narsindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard times and improve productivity.

• Balance production lines to optimize manpower, reduce bottlenecks, and increase efficiency.

• Analyze production processes and implement methods to reduce waste and cost.

• Calculate machine and manpower capacity for effective production planning.

• Prepare and update SMV for styles and processes.

• Prepare and update SMV for styles and processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priority.

• Ensure timely execution of orders to meet shipment deadlines.

• Ensure material availability in coordination with procurement and stores.

• Track progress against plan and take corrective actions for delays.

• Liaise with IE, Production, QA, and SCM for smooth workflow.

• Prepare production status, WIP, and delivery reports.

• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
