∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GSD, Ie and planning, Industrial & Production Engineering, woven Garments, Woven Jacket
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out
∎ Initiates method study, motion study, time study and line balancing
∎ Reduces non-productive time, defects & wastage
∎ Calculates non-productive time, reduces defects and wastage and makes a balanced production flow on line
∎ Performs garment manufacturing process breakdown & calculates SMV
∎ Initiates risk analysis and identifies critical operation
∎ Recommends training for skill upgradation
∎ Trains workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills
∎ Analyzes bottleneck, technical difficulties and quality related issues & solve them
∎ Prepares production layout for effective utilization of men, machine and materials

∎ Age at least 30 years
