Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ A degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or Engineering from a first line school, be fluent in English both verbally and in writing and have a post-graduate qualification or MBA; and/or have several years' demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environment.
∎ Training/Trade Course: digital marketing
∎ Skills Required: Brand Communication
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Premiere Pro, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Promotion, Business Development, Creative content writing, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Media Management, Project presentation, Social Media Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Public Relation Companies, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launcheing as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" and maintain product branding
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
∎ Ambitious, smart and bold
∎ Self-confident with strong verbal command
∎ Well-groomed (Must be clean-shaved, sharp haircut), corporate attire: Suited
∎ Good family background
∎ Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts. Has hands on attitude, and is analytical and ambitious.
∎ Possesses Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix, Determination and perseverance
∎ Has an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
∎ A good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
