Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in human resource management, preferably as HR generalist, including 3 years in management level position;
∎ Prior experience in any INGO, particularly in emergency context will be an advantage
∎ Proven operational HR track-record - experience of providing generalist HR service across a full range of HR issues
∎ Solid understanding on all functions of HR process, e.g. compensation, training and development, recruitment and selection, grievance handle and so on
∎ Excellent skills in handling and advising on complex people management issues
∎ Good understanding on HR compliances and audit
∎ Understanding staff care for humanitarian staff, in particular approaches to welfare, stress, R&R etc.
∎ Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing and other trainings
∎ Strong communication (written and spoken) skills in English,
∎ Ability to work in high stress situation
